Hollingbury Hall was built in 1932 by a business man as a place of Christian worship. After decades of good use, the building fell into disrepair in the late 1980's until 2008 when the site was levelled and a new building was built in its place along with two neighbouring houses.
In April 2009 City Gate was handed the keys for the community building which has (for the moment) been named City Gate @ The Dip.
We are keen make sure that the building is a valuable resource for the whole community and so at the end of September we held an open house event to ask our neighbours what they would like to see the building used for.
