City Gate Community Projects   
 

Together for the Community

Although we are not a big group of people, we are involved in lots of different projects both locally and nationally.  We:
 

• Support FareShare Brighton & Hove (a food redistribution project)
   

• Work with churches in the Eastern Cape of South Africa
   

• Are the main base for Movement in Worship
   

• Run a community hall in Hollingdean
  
  And some of our members volunteer with the Street Pastors and Healing on the Streets.
  
  We also used to run City Gate Centre and Circus Pre-school on London Road.
  
   

City Gate Community Projects is a registered charity, responsible for:
 

Brighton & Hove FareShare 

FareShare Brighton and Hove fights food poverty by redistributing quality surplus food from the food industry to organisations working with homeless and vulnerable people in the community.  It also provides training and mentoring for men and women who have had no recent work experience.  Read more on their website.

Circus Pre-School

Circus Pre-School is currently closed and will not be accepting children for the year September 2012-July 2013.
